I have a saying….Everything and everyone has a place!! I have realized that this applies to everything in life. I like many people have tried get to everything at one time and most times end of backtracking, and overworked. I’m learning to prioritize and dedicate time and attention to each area in life, especially my health and downtime. If you dont take care of you first..no one else can.
